Are your technicians certified?

Yes, everyone who works at Auto Glass Systems is certified, and they have been thoroughly trained on the proper procedures for repairing and installing auto glass.

Do you offer a warranty?

We provide a lifetime warranty against leakage for as long as you own your vehicle. We also offer a lifetime warranty against workmanship.

Can I make an appointment for auto glass repair?

We do rock chip repairs on a walk-in basis. However, windshield replacement requires an appointment. Contact us to schedule.

Will my insurance company pay for my new windshield replacement?

Yes, if you have full comprehensive coverage. Your only out of pocket expensive should be your comprehensive deductible.

Will my insurance company waive my deductible if my windshield is repaired rather than replaced?

Most insurance companies cover windshield repair at 100% with no deductible.

What if I only have liability coverage?

Auto glass services are generally not covered under your liability policy.

What if my deductible is the same or more than the auto glass service?

You will be responsible for any cost up to your deductible amount. Your insurance company will pay any amount over your deductible amount.

Will Auto Glass Systems bill my insurance company for me?

Yes. We will handle all necessary paperwork and billing directly with your insurance company.

Do you handle insurance claims?

We’re experts at verifying coverage, filing claims and handling all paperwork. Just provide us some basic information and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I know if the damage can be repaired?

If your windshield damage is smaller than the size of a quarter, then it may qualify for repair. Contact us to receive a free auto glass repair estimate.

How soon can you get me in?

In many instances, we can get you scheduled for same or next day service.

How long will my repair or replacement take?

Most windshield repairs can be performed in a matter of 30-45 minutes. Remember, vehicle windshields must be dry for at least 24 hours before we perform the repair. 

Most windshield replacements take a couple of hours, possibly longer if your car's safety system needs to be recalibrated. We use the industries finest adhesives. It is recommended that you do not drive the vehicle for at least one hour after service is completed. In some instances, we may recommend a longer driveaway time.

Do you recalibrate my safety features after my windshield is replaced?

Yes, we do! Be assured that your safety features will be function properly after your windshield replacement.

Will I have to wait with my vehicle?

It is not necessary to wait with your vehicle; however, we do have a waiting room for your convenience.  We also have free courtesy cars available for your convenience, so that you can carry on with your day while your car is being worked on.

Will you replace the stickers that are already on my windshield?

When possible, our trained technicians will take great care to remove any stickers or items that are affixed to your windshield and place them in your vehicle for you.

Will you install used glass that I supply?

In most cases, we are able to install used glass that you supply, however our warranty will not apply.

What type of auto glass will you install in my vehicle?

We use the most current, highest quality auto glass that is available from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
